No Shopify credentials are requested. No live store is accessed or changed. Scanned PDFs, macros, and customer code are outside scope. The buyer reviews and imports the files separately.

Pilot scope questions are welcome on the project’s Bluesky profile or by project email. Replies may use automation. An inquiry is not an accepted order; checkout remains closed. Do not send private files or store credentials before scope is agreed.
Privacy
This page shows a synthetic sample. Inquiries are welcome; orders are not open, and none have been accepted.
Website and hosting
Cloudflare hosts this page. Cloudflare may process ordinary request and connection metadata to deliver and secure it. This page adds no analytics, advertising trackers, or signup form.
Project messages
You may start a direct conversation through the project’s Bluesky profile. Bluesky processes messages under its privacy policy. Relevant scope, consent, and support messages may be retained with order records. Do not send payment details, credentials, or catalog files through social messages.
Email and catalog files
If you email support@prepmycatalog.xyz, the message, sender details, and attachments are processed to respond, evaluate requested work, and keep relevant customer and order records. The mailbox receives email, but outbound replies are under validation.
For an agreed service, send only the supplier product catalog files needed for that work. Do not email payment card details, passwords, store access credentials, customer lists, or sensitive personal information. Automated tools may assist catalog processing, including OpenAI tools when needed to review or prepare the catalog. Raw customer files are not published. If you agree to delivery by private download link, the hosted file is encrypted and your browser decrypts it. Anyone who receives the full link can open it; keep it private. Bluesky messages are not end-to-end encrypted, so its provider may access a link sent there. Links are not one-time downloads and do not automatically expire.
Payment and requests
When payment is arranged, necessary payment information is handled by Stripe on its hosted payment pages under Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Never send card information by email.
Relevant records are kept for fulfilling work, corrections, disputes, and required accounting. Send access or deletion requests to support@prepmycatalog.xyz; requests are subject to required record retention.
Order terms
Orders are closed. These are the conditions for any future order opening.
Acceptance and pilot
If intake opens, acceptance requires review of a usable, actual CSV or XLSX file from one supplier, no larger than 10 MiB and containing no more than 100 variant rows, plus a written agreement and capacity confirmation. The pilot is a one-time $99 service. Its two-business-day target starts only after usable input, payment, and capacity are confirmed.
Deliverables and limits
The handoff contains products.csv, provenance, exceptions, and local validation. The service does not access a live Shopify store or guarantee an import or sales. Product facts are not invented. PDFs, macros, and customer code are excluded. The buyer must have permission to provide and process the source data.
Corrections, refunds, and batch
One correction request may be made within seven days and must stay within the original input and mapping. If we cannot fulfill the agreed scope, we will refund the amount you paid for that order. This does not restrict any mandatory legal rights. The $399 batch is unavailable until a successful pilot.
